An ideal space for small to medium community, business, religious or nonprofit gatherings, this two-story half-circle room with historic plaster moldings, restored hardwood floors, and comfortable furniture, can accommodate up to 45 people. A $30 per hour rental rate includes the use of the atrium, restrooms, chairs, utilities and tables.

-Labor for setup/cleanup: $50 per hour
-Large Screen Plasma Television in Board Room (Mac/PC Compatible): $10 per hour + rent of Board Room
-Projector for Computer presentations (Mac/PC compatible): $25 per hour + $100 deposit
-Lap top PC for CD/DVD presentations (projection only): $25 per hour + $100 deposit
