Rental Policies:

  • Sanctuary, Atrium, Board Room can be reserved up to one year in advance.
  • All building use is based on ‘first come, first served’ basis.
  • Union Project is a cooperative space. All partners should be aware that other community activities may be happening in the building during your rental. Partners should make an effort to communicate their proposed use to other partners in the building.
  • A $100 deposit is required on ALL rentals. The deposit is refundable contingent on lease requirements being met.
  • Rental price includes full use of designated space, utilities, and high-speed Internet.
  • Phone service, Insurance, and Security Personnel is an additional charge and may be required depending on the intended use of the space.
  • All events must end by 10 PM, and the building must be vacated by 11 PM.
  • There is a flat fee of $200 for the use of outside caterers (any caterer that is not a preferred partner of Union Project).  Outside caterers must also be approved by Union Project staff.
