The Great Hall

 

Rectangular tables pictured are included with your rental. Round tables are available for rental at Mihm's Rentals.

This original church sanctuary, our Great Hall is Union Project’s largest event rental space at 3,360 square feet and features three walls of stunning 30 foot neo-classical community restored stained glass windows. The space holds up to 300 people and has become a popular venue for weddings, concerts, theatrical productions, workshops, crafts fairs and other large public gatherings.

Rental Rates: $375 - up to 5 hours of use. Additional hours are $100/hour.

The Atrium

 

This 1,735 sq. ft., two-story, half-circle shaped space boasts near perfect acoustics and includes 35 foot ceilings and historic plaster moldings. Our Atrium is an ideal space for spoken word and chamber music performances, and small to medium sized community, business, worship gatherings, birthday parties, and baby showers.

Rental Rates: $120 - up to 3 hours of use. Additional hours are $50/hour.

The Board Room

 

This 280 sq. ft. space features beautifully restored stained glass windows, original wood-work and a tiled fireplace mantel, kitchenette and flat screen plasma television and solid oak board table. Our Board Room provides professional, comfortable space for up to 16 people and is ideal for board, committee, and staff, meetings & retreats as well as business meetings, small classes/workshops, tutoring, and mediation.

Rental Rates: $75 - up to 3 hours of use. Additional hours are $30/hour.

All Our Spaces: (The Great Hall, Atrium, and Board Room)

Saturday only; scheduling limitations may apply.

•   $1,250 rents all of our spaces for up to 10 hours.
•   $1,500 rents all of our spaces for up to 10 hours plus 4 hours set-up time between 9am-5pm the Friday before your event.
•   $1,750 rents all of our spaces from 8am-11pm the Saturday of the event plus 4 hours set-up time between 9am-5pm the Friday preceding the event.

•    Dedicated staff person for your event
•    six foot rectangular banquet tables*
•    matching black stacking chairs*
•    projector and screen
•    ADA accessible restrooms
•    Union Project staff will be happy to set-up & clean-up for your event for an additional $250.

*Tables and chairs are available in limited quantities. Please inquire about availability for your event.
