At Union Project, you don’t just come and use the space – you come to Union Project and you are a part of the community.

Union Project is committed to building community wealth by providing affordable space and support to individuals to try out their creative ideas, share their talents, and start new initiatives.

As a result we have created nearly 100 jobs, grown dozens more, and incubated a diverse network of partners including community leaders, artists, micro-entrepreneurs, small businesses, and non-profits. Better still, many of these folks have graduated on to new part-time or full-time careers doing what they love most and some of them are now investing in and renovating independent spaces in our community.

Now it’s your turn! Do you need affordable space for meetings, want to hold a workshop, or are ready for your own office space? Are you a teacher or have a talent you want to share with the community through UP’s Community Classes
